Problems with some tools.

I don't know why but my tools fail me...

The Rectangle / Circle / Star dropdown does not always appear...

Now, Flyp Horilzontale doesn't flip the images for me...

Is the symptom known?
What is recommended?

Can the program be reinstalled (or just repaired) without losing data?

is it just the quickshape [ rectangle circle star] bar that does not appear, or do you have problems with the other flyouts such as drawing tools

if this happens a lot and on more than one program worth checking your mouse is working ok

there is a setting that can affect flip, but I can't remember the details, I'll do some digging see if I can find it

Do also try Window > Control bars > Reset.

I think the flip had something to do with aspect ratio and smart transform, but I can't find the reference...
