PROBLEM WITH XARA 19 AND MOBILE VERSION

Hi guys, ive been using xara for years, i run a couple of online radio stations called funkymonkey.fm & funkymonkey.radio, ive only got back into it after 6 years of due to cancer (cancer free 4 years ) with the main site i have a player for the stream and a plugin for whatever mix or dj is playing, when i upload that it all works fine, but the moment i add a mobile version and upload both, suddenly not only does the player stop working on the main site, it stops on the mobile one as well, so i have to go back and revers it to before i add mobile site, its really annoying as the mobile version is really important for the station as prob 80% of listeners use there phones, we have a chatroom as well, so without the mobile version , its useless, ive tried to just design a mobile version , but you cant do that, maybe if i export the files and upload via filezilla, its just weird, ive tried reducing evything in the mobile version, b ut it makes no differance, as soon as i add a mobile version it messes both versions up ??? been at it for a week now trying everything.

Sean, good to hear you are keeping healthy.

From what I have checked fm.fm is not a Xara site. It is adaptive and if it works at one width, it will work at all.

fm.radio is a Xara site. It currently has one page.
It does not need a Variant.
Instead, make the page monkey image and set that to Sticky, Full Width, Tile.
Next set the page to Scale to fit width, choosing the minimum width.

When you view on a phone you will just see one monkey image and the links.
Larger windows and you get all the monkeys you can feed with peanuts, all with the same player links.

Thanks for reply dude, that didn't work, it just messed up all my icons, so ive reverted back to previous, the front page is fine on PC, but all my icons on bottom have vanished on chat screen, for a moment with some settings changed in the sticky the mobile was showing full screen on front but not on mobile, so ive reverted back to original file, and the mobile version has gone to small on mobile and all my buttons have vanished on chat on both PC and mobile, tried deleting icons from chat and just repeating on all screens, but still no icons on chat on both PC and mobile, is there any way of just adding a mobile version and exporting the files to there receptive folders,

when i add a mobile varient, both the player and the player cover plugins stop working on both PC and mobile
can anyone tell me how to at lease get back to first image where the mobile was at least full page on first page

Sean, short answer is no. Without any offer of your design file, no one can do anything.

For things to just stop, the code is probably using the id across Main and Variant. In HTML only the item with an id will be found. Why both are not appearing is peculiar. The more you poke it, the less we can guess.

Sean, click Reply then the Go Advanced button.
The toolbar then shows a paperclip Attachments button.
Click that and pick your design file.
