I have noticed before that welcome notices and update notices appear, sometimes, to share the same routine; only just occured to me to check

Head to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Xara\XtremeProPerpetua l x64\20\Options\Update” and see if changing “UpdateDontShowAgain” to “1” makes a difference.
