How to change the nav bar in order to have extra (English translation) language pages.
The main nav bar now is in Dutch language.
I do not want too many buttons in the nav bar.
What is the best way to do this?

Without knowing your design, I note you have not asked for a separate site of English-translated pages.

If it is a few pages, I would put the translation on a pop-up layer, triggered by a EN button.
If you want that end-user's preferences to be remembered you would have to build in some JavaScript to control a LocalStorage variable.
