Page Height locked on mobile variant?

1 page only of my site is preventing me from dragging the page size to adjust height in a mobile variant, as a result I have huge gap between footer and the content on the page. I have unlocked the page background rectangle and can readujust the size, then when dragging up the footer the background regenerates to the original size.

Am I missing a "Lock height" option some where? The page in the mobile variant can be seen here: https://www.thornton-steward-sailing...lts%202023.htm

Any pointers would be welcome

For the Variant, try Options > Page Size > untick Lock page size.
Do reset the lock on the page background.
