If version 20 does not have the Web blocks, only + versions have the Web blocks, would you still be able to use version 20 to make changes to a web sites that has had Web blocks used in it?

Ray, in v20 or earlier, I am sure you could still see the WB on the design page but they would appear without the full functionality.

I just tried all the way back to v11 and the items inside a WB can be manipulated regarding their placement.
You do not have the controls to change padding and other aspects.

So it looks promising.
