Xara server down?

I'm having issues opening Xar Pro+ in the past 30mins (24/08/2023 23.00 GMT).
Xara opens and the status bar shows "Waiting for connection ...."

I've sometimes got past this but it informs me my Trial period has expired (it hasn't, my registration expires in Jan 2024)

If I try to activate my Xara it gives the following:

ERROR_WINHTTP_TIMEOUT

I can log into my account on xara.com in a browser fine but the program won't connect.....

Anyone else having issues?

I can open and use XPro+.
When I do, the Share > Open Xara Cloud link is unable to connect, I am getting:

every sixty seconds.

It is only by chance that I have a signed-in Tab already open as when I switch to that the failing link realises I have active, valid credentials and opens.
It opens into the wrong Team. My XPro+ > Account > Team Profile (mmm) has the correct team displayed.

Each server for both host names seem to be up:

• https://cloud.xara.com/ (18.165.242.26)
• https://workspaces.xara.com/ (108.156.46.73)

I can only speculate that the licence server is being sniffy.

I have retried using MS Edge and it jumps to a sign-in screen almost straight away.
With my credentials, I again get into the wrong Team and am again told my Trial has expired, despite already switching to the free service for this second team.

It is probably my fault, somehow, that both teams has the same owner email or username and Xara keeps picking the wrong one.
I ought to kill off the free one and restart but originally I wanted to quickly switch teams to assess differences in the subscription level and use one for working with clients.

Doesn't explain why you are not getting in, just raises more questions.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Still can't get it to connect so I'm having to use Xara Designer Pro X 17 at present.

I've followed the trouble shooting pages to no avail. I've checked I'm using TLS 1.2. I've tried with my firewall disabled. I've contacted support.
