Does Repel text under work for any other language?

Other checks:

• Repel does not work if the text is a Text Line
• Repel text does not work if the graphic is also anchored to the text.
• The layer the graphic is on is under the text.
• The layer properties of the layer are set to only repel text on that layer.

Throw together a small design page of any graphic and Thai language failing to repel and upload to TG.
