Works on my iPhone most times. Could your hamburger icon be to close to the top of the page? Also, perhaps try making your icon a bit bigger as well as the text in it.
Just a thought

Wrong person, Egg, I was just relaying that their mobile site is now working OK for me.Originally Posted by Egg
Sorry, I've been MIA the last few days. My client has reported that the menu is still not working for him and others that have tested it. He stated, "The menu does create a drop-down list of pages when touched, but it won't navigate to the pages and always stays stuck on the home page." It seems that everyone is getting a different experience when interacting with the menu, so I'll try as Egg suggested by clearing my server directory and republishing. I've tried attaching the working file, but apparently, there is a 10 MB limit on the file size... my file size is 17 MB... any suggestions? I really appreciate all the responses.
you could try zipping it - the file size limit is the same for .ZIP so it depens how much it compresses....

Nothing lasts forever...
You appear to have a panel that overlays most of the menu items in the hamburger drop-down.
If you are very careful and just on the right-most letter of each, they open their correct pages.
Note BLOG is not hidden so jumps to the page.
If your jump to BLOG all menu links then work.
Hope that helps.

it's nothing to do with wireframing. I used the CSS Debugger option in my browser (Vivaldi has it built in; others are probably an Add-On 'CSS Debugger').
It doesn't matter what you see, it is what you can click.
If you click an item and it just closes or if you click the right-most edge of the last letter and it does then you know there is someting in that vicinity.
If after you successfully click to another page and all works after that then the something may be a copy of the menu with the wrong link values on top of the proper one.
Without you design, i can only report outcomes.
Check you don't have a double hamburger.
Also if I am getting this on a PC then the iPhone part is a red herring.
Clone the design file to a different name.
Delete the content of the Main pages but not the menu.
Even delete some complete pages (Main & Variant).
We don't need every page, just index and a couple more...
...your republished site seems to be working correctly.
Now you need to advise your client to purge their browser cache (Ctrl+F5) and recheck.

I tried zipping the file, but it only compressed by 1 MB.
Another option we use on the Magix forum is upload that ZIP file to Google Drive (or any of the file-sharing services such as Dropbox) and post the link. You have to set the "sharing" to "anyone with the link".
When you/we have finished with the file, you delete it from the drive and it's gone forever.
