Tutorials for creating a website from scratch? (In Xara Web Designer or Designer Pro)

Perhaps this is a strange question, but I just cannot find any tutorials for creating a website completely from scratch with the software Xara Web Designer. Every tutorial seems to be geared towards using premade templates, and while that's fine, sometimes I find it better to start with nothing and build each piece myself. Perhaps I want to practice web design and so I want to start with nothing so that I can be sure I'm actually learning what to do, and not just stealing parts of an already existing website template.

Except with narration. One where you're manually using the tools to create each button or other UI elements for the web page. I'm sure there has to be more tutorials like this, but I'm just having the worst luck finding them.

Welcome to the forum group.

The YouTube demos are often built around templates for demonstration purposes, as is the sample Xara gives you in the program. If your completely new with the program start drawing some shapes and importing your photos. Arrange them the way you wish. Add a text block and see how it functions. Bring in a nav bar for the top. That’s the beauty of the program.
From file under new, select the size of web page you want.
