I usually don't like flash sites, but this one really works. I like the animation alot...simple but effective. The whole mood of the site is refreshing.

I must not have quicktime4 because the animations did not play so can't comment on them, but liked the illustrations and the web design.

Good animation, original concept (especially like the solenoid kicking out the items in your folio).
Only bug I noticed was in the "About Us" scroller, the right side of some of the text gets cut off a little bit, but not enough to make it illegible.

I liked the beginning of flash.
But Folio section started to loose whole idea.
The thing is not about projects you've done. But techno box doesn't look quite right with your design (a-la scratch made by pencil - I love this style myself, and will do some work in this style as well).
You should avoid all straight lines. No symmetrical circles, squares, rectangles, triangles. This is my opinion.
You get the idea, I think.
Monsters in Who, Contact - looks good.
Get rid of techno box - draw it 'by hand'.
