Error - Update File

I keep getting this error message, every time I start Xara.

Any ideas?

I've also shown the version I'm using.

Give xara designer pro+ have access in the firewall settings.

Thanks for the reply/help haakoo and Acorn.
The original error has now gone after adding exception to the Xara folder in my anti-virus programme.

Now, I get this error: 'Failed to find update data file'

I can't remember if I was getting this error while getting the original error or not. Sorry.
But, I'd be grateful for your help, again!

It would be useful to know exactly what message the AV software gave. Please contact us at www.xara.com/contact-us or through the chat at www.xara.com.

Installing the current version would fix the problem as long as the AV software doesn't decide to quarantine the data file again.
