Drag and Drop issue latest DPro+ Update

For many years now I could drag and drop an image from the desktop and onto a rectangle on the page and the orientation was correct.

Thanks to the new update this no longer works and reverts back to previous versions.

I am not having a good day.

Gary, what is the Angle value of the rectangle that you are dropping the image onto?
I have only ever done this for a dropping onto a clipped photo, a straight box doesn't detect the image and it appear over the box.

I assume you are talking about Xara Designer Pro+ 23.3.0.67471 SL x64 Aug 17 2023, today's update?
@Xara, thank you for the update as I have just finished a client site, suffering the multi-second delay if the Web properties dialog was open. All speedy again.

I will have to try this in a new document and see if it still is happening.

It used to happen when I dragged an image created with my stereogram software and Shift + dropped it onto a black rectangle. And it happened today on an older document. And yes we are talking about today's update.
