unable to load "visible" image on hosting space

Hi, i'm using Xara designer pro+ v23 and when i export a html site and i try it clicking on index file everythings works well. When i upload the files via ftp on the hosting site i can visualize only the graphics ( such fonts, arrow and so on) but the image are not displayed. I made some variances using .jpg, .png, .webp images but nothing change. Is a knew issue or i have to ask to my hosting service?

A rough guess is it's only loaded the html index file and not the support folder.
Are you publishing html or html?
V23 default templates use .html. This might be worth checking.

None of your menu pages appear to exist.
Your current site is not a Xara site. Have you advised the wrong link?
