Webstyle & FP, Is this normal?

I have used webstyle to insert Navbars into Frontpage 2002.
Everything OK, preview OK etc.
Now, when I close down FP and reopen, the navbar isn't visisble in FP "Normal" view.It is still there when I view in FP or browser. The only way I can see it is to edit the navbar from FP and call up webstyle again. The navbar is now visible in FP normal view and stays there until next time I close and re-open.
Does anyone know if this is normal, or is there something I can do to fix it?
