color picker hotkey?

Is there a color picker hotkey?

I can't seem to see one. It would be extraordinarily helpful if there was one.

that tool is only active when you drag it with a mouse; there is no seperate tool to switch to ,other than colour editor and that is ctrl+E [at least on my system; shortcut keys are editable by the user]
