also, after that, you can try running the update as admin

Restarted Windows 10 MANY times during this restore process.

how do I run XARA as admin??????

Scratch the next.

I ran XARA as admin & online update still fails.

I ran my local Update.exe as admin & still says I need to install XARA to install.
