Issues when publishing sites - it has just started happening

I have hundreds of training courses and websites completed in Designer Pro+, never any serious issues,
I am now getting constant crashes and corruption of my Xara files when publishing to Xara Hosting,

The upload of existing websites which I have updated get stuck at XaraembeddedhtmlfontFont or something worded like that,
it then displays FTP error: SSH layer in a dialogue box
If I try to publish again I get "Spurious internal error has occurred" and the file crashes and become corrupt.

It has done this with a number of my files and is becoming quite concerning,
I have uninstalled and re-installed Xara, re-booted the computer, all the usual stuff,

Anyone got any ideas?

What happens when you Preview Whole Website on your computer?

Can you publish to a folder on your computer then upload to your webhost via a third party FTP (e.g. Filezilla)?
