V19 downgraded to V18

When I bought a new computer, my V19 that I legally paid for is now downgraded to V18. So what is the solution for this. Why do this to costumers? Simply
because they bought a new computer, it does not seem a right thing to do. Is this about making money?

I have V19 on another computer, can I copy some files over to the new computer if I download the Trial V19 so that it would become a working copy of V19 on my new Pc?

If you go to your account, you should be able to download version 19. https://www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center/

but only if version 19 was what you originally bought; if you bought version 18, and that was upgraded to version 19 as part of the upgrade service, then you will lose it; the upgrade service upgrades do not carry over...

Do you have an email confirmation of your upgrade?

I did contact them and they said even with the email it is a no go. I am in no hurry so will see.
