Default all my sites now say 403 sometimes did something change about how websites work?

I had made about three websites on Name.com and Uploaded the sites I made from xare web design about 3-5 years ago. All my web sites seem to have errors (403) (unauthorized) that pop up and images load slowly, but work 25% of the time with out errors. Any ideas what it could be I haven't changed anything and this just started to happen. I have deleted and re-uploaded the whole site and same results. Do I need to just pick a different web site host? or is this something that has changed with xara files in the last year?

I wonder if the problem might have to do with http vs https?

One of the other members will probably have a better answer.

A 403 relates to server-side file and folder permissions.
If you built them a time back, any Xara application changes have no connection. As evidenced by the error persisting.

You need to check what your file permission settings are and if you have used a different .htaccess file.
