behzad, I have a 500 - server down error here for Xara Hosting, which is a Magix service.
My XPro+ access to the Online Content Catalogue is fine.

Over 5 hours later (10:23pm) and my hosted widgets are not working on my website.
Same here with my website free.
For days, I've been getting a 404 error with Web Designer Premium's on board publisher and FileZilla cannot connect. (I was forced to purchase an upgrade to get it working)
The Xara Control Centre Open and manage your web space link logs me out again when clicked, however, pasting the url direct in a browser throws a 500 error.

It's actually worse!
I asked them to apply a coupon to my M Hosting account and Magix/Xara tells me I don't have one, and do I have another account. No, I don't and I've had this one for years. I checked my account on Xara online and it just runs in circles, gives errors, a real mess. I was able to get to my payment details once, but not twice. Can't get to the Control Centre, etc.
I sent them the message that I received from them recently stating that the account would be automatically extended in January, so they know that I have an account - with that email address. I also sent a ticket number from earlier this year about a problem with the account and they were able to see that I have an account with a domain.
The websites are all skewed.
I guess that they didn't need these problems to happen during the holidays.

It looks like they are getting it sorted out. I managed to get into my account. I'm glad I took screen shots because the information changed from one refresh to another.
My websites have now been straightened out.
