Upgrade offer Nov 7 2022

My installed version is Xara Designer Pro X 19.0.0.64291 DL x64 May 3 2022. I have just gotten a "Black Weeks" offer, for an "improved version" listing "advanced design tools, advanced text editing, and expanded ICC profile" for $49 USD. Fired up my copy, checked Help/About, and looked at Upgrades ... says none available. Am I to assume my version already incorporates these new features? Seem to recall in the past that we could get updates within a year on a current version. No problem paying for upgrade if it brings me something I don't already have. Thanks in advance for advice.

As far as I'm aware of, there's no newer version that the one you have. Did you get the offer through Magix? If so, can you give us some more specifics?

I saw those but nowhere a deal for $49 and certainly not for an XDP upgrade.

The most current versions are the new Xara Plus editions currently at v22.3. Here are the release notes for Pro+

and v22.4 is scheduled to be released this week (most subtle improvements and fixes).

Ah, a little counter advertising. Would be better if Xara and Magix would align their offerings. Same version but one offers the subscription option and the other the lifetime + yearly update service option.

They are good Black Friday offers. I got the XDP 19 u/g for AU$68.99 Also good upgrade prices on Photostory Deluxe 2023 and Movie Studio Platinum 2023 It's best to click on the u/g link from within a product and then navigate to the other offers once you've logged in. Be careful how you select what you want too. Magix are pushing the '365' option, but there are still links to other options if you look carefully.

jaydear, what other options are you referring to? As far as I know, only the 365 option with the 1-year update service exists.

@jaydear is referring to offers for other software on the Magix.com site. The prices for most of Magix software, New, is very low. Upgrade prices are even lower.

I received the upgrade/extension offer as well.

The price in Canada is 63.99CAD. I paid 163CAD in February for the same thing.
