Huxley Titling Font by Gary Bouton

I would like to use this font on a book cover. Does one know where I can purchase a license or get in touch with him? I did this cover a number of years ago and ran into issues on editing, so I'm behind. Thank you for your help.

The font is $10 U.S., for both private ad commercial uses. There's a Creative Commons requirement that you don't resell, attach the font to anything political, or claim the typeface is of your creation.

I think I created this font when I was a little younger (!). since then, I've made the font available in both TrueType and OpenType formats and i've fooled with the kerning a lot.
