This required a lot of work to get the over and unders right. The image is a Celtic knot with two hearts. I found the design on a site that addresses Celtic Knots and other design formats. But I am not sure how authentic it is.

The top loop called for a third level and I wanted to keep the shape flat. It was also that way in the image I used for scrap.
