Default Content Gallery error message suddenly

I have Xara Web Designer Premium version 19 and pay for updates each year. I went to use the Gallery to select a widget, and I get "The Designs Gallery must be enabled to import content. You can switch it on from "Utilities>Galleries menu. That is selected and I rebooted and came back into the program and still getting the same thing.

I did notice that when the program loaded today, it did not load the websites that I typically have opened.

Is the website down where the gallery is? I just used this last week with no problem.

Sue, you will lose any configurations but you can try Window > Control Bars > and click Reset.

Acorn, you are brillant! What in the world caused that glitch, if you know? If it's something I did, I'd like to know so I don't do it again!

sometimes it just happens - was your gallery floating or docked ? - I've noticed an issue with floating gallery when using two monitors at different rsolutions... but I guess you wern't doing that

No, it wasn't floating or docked. I do have multiple monitors but have no idea how to have different resolutions and only use one for each program that's open.

it has to be one or the other

if you extend a second monitor in windows it does not have to be the same resolution as the primary monitor... not something you usually need to worry about other than the drag area from one monitor to the other will not match up completely...
