Customize Control Bars - I need help.
Hello,
According to the Xara Manual, we can create customized control bars by creating an empty control bar and then dragging the desired button to the empty control bar. However, when I try to drag any desired button from other controls bars to the newly created control bar...it does not work. Please help!

You Alt+Drag from the Button dialog into your new bar.
