Document uses some fonts unknown to me

Hello to all you out there!

I am trying to recreate a document as close as possible, but already failed to find the first of the used fonts. Already spent some hours to look through hundreds of fonts I have on my drive, but found no close enough match.
A second font is also important to the document, so I will have to identify it too. Maybe some of you know one of them and can help me out...

I would also be grateful for information on where to get the fonts and what the price would be, or if there are free alternatives available. I'm not going to get paid for this "job" so wouldn't like to have to spend very much money.

My scanner is not of high quality but I hope examples show enough detail. I have split the text into smaller parts because I remember there was a limit to the width of uploaded pictures.

Sorry missed a part of the second font that contains a lowercase j which looks "interesting". Couldn't add it to the initial post so have to put it to this new one.

Found the second font. Seems to be Open Sans Light. At least it is close enough for me. ;-)
