Fractal Clouds fill still broken

I reported this some years ago and we thought it might be my graphics card. New 4K computer. New graphics card. Unusable fill.

No amount of hammering the Fill produces your broken image.

Upload your design and I'll try again.

The image I posted it just the rectangle selected and the fill applied.

If I said it was sorted in the previous post it's because I believed it was the graphics card.

If it is just that then your design file is still useful.

have you checked your graphic drivers are up to date - I think that was the issue last time - they are not always supplied with up to date drivers

Yes, drivers are all up to date. Maybe this is just a New Mexico thing? Maybe New Mexico Designer Pro+ users are prohibited from accessing Fractal Cloud fills.

does it stay that way when you drag the fill size with the fill tool ?

is it the same on single tile / repeated tile / repeat inverted ?

if all your graphics and chipset drivers are up to date then I guess you may need to contact xara

could be a localised memory issue, could be a resolution issue, could be a lot of things.....

EDIT - it is worth closing all programs and shutting down your computer completely before restarting, just in case
