I am trying to put a rectangle area around these 2 embedded pics so that when I click on them takes me to a different web in a separate window but can't get it to work, can anyone shed some light for me Please? Thank You

Place a Rectangle over the graphics and set to 99% Transparency.
Select this Rectangle and in Web properties add the Link but also set Open link in to New Window or Tab (_blank).
