    Default iFrame

can not find it in the manual?
    why I want it?
I have an old website with working embedded iFrames
    it has a working:
embedded grid of photos - that if you click on any image, then
viewer pops up = and you can arrow fwd or back or back to grid of photos
    and
embedded grid of video thumbnails - that if you click on any image, then
viodeo player pops up = and you can arrow fwd or back or back to the grid of thumbnails
I want to integrate that into my new Xara website
alternatively, I can just link over and link bank,
but I am trying to be more elegant

    or other thoughts?

Acorn developed some code a while back that I have used successfully for a video popup > https://initiostar.co.uk/demo/EmbedV...mageplayer.htm

You can use thumbnails in any order or create a list of videos; both examples in the demo.

Should give you an idea of what can be achieved.

    ty

here are my current pages (from older site)
I moved them around on my server to get the links to work (sort of)
need a bit of tweaking to get back and forth the main site
but you can at least see the players working

    Info Re: iFrame

TD, Xara considers IFRAMEs totally out of its remit and hardly mentions them or the clever use of 'Open link in' with a typed in IFRAME name.

In your case the trick would be to create a separate website with a photo a page, with as much description as you care, with a pop-up using HighSlider or a pop-up layer and next/previous navigation graphics.
You can make the graphics into a Transition website.
We have coded for automatic paging.
You can apply the same approach to Video.

In the other cases, I have included thes in my Signature under TG Nuggets.

    thanks for the feedback
will try that solution the next time
I managed to take the OLD pages from the OLD site
and dropped them in my folders of the new site and kept the same relative path names as before
with the pages, photos, videos, and players
then just edited the links to HOME page back to top level
and made a hidden link (for now) on the new site with the full address to the hidden pages
    works so happy for now

    thanks again
