Removing ".htm" from URL

Is there a way to prevent .htm from showing up in the URL for a page? Using Premium 11.

h3f, it is nothing to do with what Xara publishes. It is a server set-up where you need to add to or create a .htaccess file and is dependent on how you service provider arranges this.
