Larry, yes Indianapolis speedway.
My Daughter got us pit passes, at Indy they give bronze, silver or gold pins that give you access to the track and different areas, in our case, silver, gave us access to gasoline ally (the garage area) and the pits.
That's what "getting credentials" I was referring to, the building is the main office where you go.
