    Default can not find the command to have a shape outline color diffefent than the fill color

    Right click on a color on the color line to apply a different outline color. Depending on your settings this will either modify the outline color or pop up a menu from which you can make this choice.

    You can further edit the color in the Color Editor (Ctrl + e)

    Control the line thickness by changing the Set Line Width box on the menu at the top of the screen.
