Flipping tool not working on some images.

This is so strange. On a page, I have several images. Some will not flip (mirror) some will. What can cause this? Never happened before.

Just figured out why.... lock aspect ratio was off.

I have to check that all the time. Any iPhone photos are placed are upside down. Anything imported from a camera is not.
Sometimes I just turn the photo from the corner with the circular function because I use the aspect ratio lock a lot.
If there is a hot key I haven’t found it, but one can make one.
