    Default two portraits, common grackle and mourning dove

    doing a calendar for my neighbors mom, going to title it "on Mimi's rock", plan is to have 12 different species, fingers crossed. I have 9 so far but not happy with some of the photos. Succeed or not, lots of fun trying.

    Wow. I hate doves, they calls are so depressing. But this is a lovely photograph. Outstanding photos.

    I have a cheap kit lens 55 to 300, came with the camera Nikon D-7100.
    Gary, I hate them too, but I must say I love that photo, and I need 12 birds!!!
