Can't install for v19

it is a quirk of windows behzad - or perhaps more accurately, the way windows is setup/controlled by third party security apps which do not always allow it to ask for the UAC permission [ where the screen goes 'blank' and the dialog asks if you want to run]

Behzad, so rebooting doesn't help. What about reinstalling XDP 19?

Rebooting did not work. Admin did not work, Already have v19, this is the one I am trying it on.
