Question about templates

Long time user since version 8. I just renewed for another year again last night. One of the reasons I was looking forward to another year was I ASSUMED that a website template like the one show on the Xara Website Designer homepage would be available to use as I have to create a all new site. But when I go to the templates page to find something like it it's not there ..... https://www.xara.com/us/web-designer/templates/#!!

I want a template that has multiple views like that magix.com U.S home page, do you know where I can find it?
