Default Anchoring a footer to page

I dont seem to be able to anchor a graphic and text group to the foot of my pages, so that when resizxing the height of a page, the footer doesn't move to the new page size, having to drag an re position each time. Looked at Anchoring , but cant see where to se this?

    Don't apologise.
Many won't know how to do it or even know it existed.
It is under Utilities > Auto-Fit to page and not under Arrange so it is hard to find (easier with right-click and pick out of the Context Menu).

I use a combination of Repel text under, Soft grouping, Anchor to Text and Auto-Fit to page on text and graphic combinations that is almost bulletproof in keeping items together without them changing alignment.
I do usually omit Anchor to text as it breaks Repel text under in many cases.
