New simple to use website for our park... wip

We have 50 units in our park, and over a hundred tenants... and each time there is work to be done with utilities etc, each unit must be given notice... we are hoping to eliminate half of those hand notices with this new solution. As well, we often put out Park News Letters, and so now there will be much less need to go door to door dropping off such. The Intranet button link goes to an inner set of pages, and is a place for tenants to directly interact with us, as well, for us to share private info with the park owner and various other agencies... It's been a while since we have designed a site, but it is sure fun to use Xara Web Designer.

So I have parked it (pun intended) in Web Design Chat.

• Your Park Rules have a number of typos:
• "up keep" but this might be a Canadian thing
• "expexted"
• "tenatnts"
• "mangement"
• "tollerrated,beyond" - spelling and a space needed after the comma
• "recycleables"
• "seperpate"
• "expressed" normally expecting 'express', but omitting it is even better or use 'written permission'; it helps not be be ambiguous, especially when detailing rules.

I would increase the font size to take up 75% of the space.

Glad you enjoyed that James. Nice idea to keep your tenants informed! Certainly better than a newsletter.
