Hello all,

I have not been here for a long time, although I have had sorrow products for many years, since version 4 I think. I just purchased an upgrade to Xara Pro 19, and I downloaded the installation file. I received a confirmation email with the download links and the license numbers. However, the license numbers do not seem to work. I tried pasting it in without the "P" and also without dashes. I tried many other variations. I'm quite sure that I copy and pasted it correctly from the email, as I tried this several times.

I tried to at least started in the trial mode, but it would not even let me do that.

I poked around the website trying to find a way of sending them an email or contacting them, and I got no joy.

Please help me.
