arj, quite a niche use of an XDA for a BIMI logo.
Would you not be working towards SVG Tiny Portable/Secure anyhow?
There a on-line convertors and other tools. https://image2svg.com possibly. https://grademyemail.co/bimi-record-validator for checking. EastDMARC: https://easydmarc.com/tools/bimi-logo-converter.
Creating a BIMI Record is well out of scope for an XDA as well.
