Xara Designer Pro - Slow work after 10-15 min

I found the reason why Xara app starts to work slowly, when I use the colour picker, they immediately start program freezes

What could be the reason and how to solve the problem?

I think you may need to ask magix for technical support

is it the colour picker on the colour bar, or the colour picker on the colour editor?

either way I have not come across an issue with this before

Try to pull all USB-devices off. Delete the USB-drivers in Hardwaremanager.
Shot down the machine. Let it for least 10 sec. off. Reboot und restick the USB-devices.
I had the same issue and this helps me.

This issue appears when using the color picker in the color bar.

New observations show that when using the color picker from the color panel, it seems as if an invisible color editor opens, because when I try to call the color editor hotkeys (Ctrl + E), the color editor does not appear. If you click again, it will appear and when you close the color editor, the slow work of the Xara app stops

Reinstalling doesn't help.
