Safari browser vrs the others

I’m not sure of the disparity in viewing websites on Safari.
Most of my work is viewed on chrome, Firefox, Edge and sometimes Opera. Safari is the browser most often used in phone viewing, and more often than not it does not display consistently. (Without clearing the cache)

The safari browser (it seems) cache has to be cleaned almost every time to offer correct viewing. Not a problem in itself, but how many iPhone users clear their cache, let alone know how to clear their cache.
Has anyone else noticed this in the Safari browser? Perhaps on an iphone?

I did notice it on the apple desktop but if client complains I tell them to talk to Apple LOL
