Running DP+ as Admin

I was told to run DP+ as Admin every time I want to use.
I have access to two installations both will not open a .xar file directly, only with Open, neither will allow dragging in .xar eg. clipart file.
Works OK when just loading normally by clicking.

Peter, you only need to run as admin once.
I occasionally have issues with trying to open a xar file & get some type of 'xara can't open this filter' or such error, but I can always open it by dragging the file into Xara's title bar.
