HELLLLP!!! cannot get XDP18 to abut accept serial number on new laptop, I disabled what I could find but I get a notification that the program is already registered but where I have no idea further the notice says contact Xara support which is weird since this a Magix problem Please can anyone help.

Larry, you might have reached the maximum amount of activations. Have you already deactivated XDP 18 on the old laptop?

Larry, elsewhere you were advised to Deactivate your ol laptop's Xara installation.
All you can now do is access your registered products through Magix and deactivate from there: https://www.magix.com/gb/support/my-service-center/.
