    Default Color Test Stereogram

Egg had a lot of trouble with this stereogram that is mostly orange (top left) and it started me wondering if some colors are easier for people to see than others.

I though this simple image was very easy to see. I then altered the colors using the Photo Tool > Photo Hue slider and as I did so I could see the image better in different colors.

So, if I might ask, is any of these four different colors easier to see?

I can't really say 'best' or 'worse' but it was the purple one that popped out first. The rest followed quite easily.

Best to hardest: Green Orange Purple Red. For me, a repeated difference between Green and Red. And, no, I'm not color blind.

I guess I'm just lucky, I found no difference in seeing them, they all popped up like all your stereograms. I first saw a stereogram in a mall in the 70's, once I was able to see the image, I've always been able to see them quickly.

on my LG monitor: red first -green-purple more or less together - orange last
on the cintiq pro: purple and green first - then red - orange last

with different colour calibrations srgb and adobe-rgb respectively
monitor upright on desk, cintiq flat on desk[well around 10deg give or take] so different ambient light conditions

FTR: my colour vision is good, should that be relevant

Easiest/quickest to see was green, hardest/longest were the purple and red. The one I liked/enjoyed the most was the orange one (top left).

Purple easiest, then green & orange, red hardest.

No difference for me I cannot see any of them which is weird because before my eye problems I could make out the slightest color nuances.
