behzad, it is not a file type, it is an encryption mechanism used in WebP images.
If you have a lot of white in an area, it is packed together saying something like the following Octet when unpacked is repeated 372 times. It allows very high compression, making the file smaller. It throws the unpacking onto the browser/device but the speed trade-off is well worth an otherwise slower download.
