Hello, my website is not showing correctly. I don't know, what's wrong.

Edit: And i wanna ask, is here any way to make visible MouseOver layer automatically on creating new project (ctrl + n)? Because i have it hidden by default.

You place objects on the MouseOff layer.
Even if you make the Mouse Over layer visible in design, they will not appear on your website.

If you are keen to make the MouseOver layer visible on opening a new design, you do this with your blank page and then immediate save it as a Template.
