You gentlemen have helped me in the past on several logos and now I would like your opinion of my latest. Mind you, I created it, but it is based on one they already had and wanted to keep the basic feel for. It is very simplistic, but they are overjoyed with it. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!!!!

Logo excellent. Type, not so excellent.

I would use a nice sans serif to match the lightness of the illustration.

i made the person walking into the picture.
Font more compact and other color
also the green and sun more compact

of course only a sketch, s/b more be worked out.

No, the color is not legible at the smaller size I would go with blue or green. and make the text larger. Just my opinion of course.

GJ, your text looks like menu options; the line spacing is too much.

I used Toledo Regular but for once I was drawn to Comic Sans.

I appreciate all the help, and I went to the client with the suggestions and she wanted to go with the original drawing but agreed the font was to formal for a clubhouse. So ended up going with Acorn's suggestion of Toledo reg for the font, she felt the comic sans was to informal but that Toledo was just right. Thanks again for the suggestions. Here is what she decided for a final product.
