Chris, caniuse suggests 76% of browsers in use can handle IFRAMEs.

Chris, HTML5 will fail you.
It needs to be:
<iframe src="https://...htm" style = "width: 100%; height: 100%; border: 0; overflow: scroll;" name="remixes" ><p>Your browser does not support iframes.</p></iframe>
